I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a matter of utmost importance concerning the mailing list you have received communications from, The name Business name “Gnostic Healing centre”, as well as to clarify some significant misrepresentations that have recently come to light to ensure you are making informed decisions on who and what you are supporting and putting your money toward in the future.
Firstly, I Ange. would like to reaffirm that the mailing list in question was part of my acquisition of Gnostic Healing on December 31, 2023.
Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that Ms. Germain and Ms. Hendrickson have misrepresented themselves in several key aspects to not only you but also to many of the key people in regards to this acquisition.
Contrary to their claims, they (Deborah Germain & Kate Hendrickson) ARE NOT the owners of Gnostic Healing Woy Woy. The true owner is a corporation known as Gnostic Earth PTY LTD (ABN: https://abr.business.gov.au/ABN/View?id=85673620016) ACN: https://abr.business.gov.au/ABN/View?id=85673620016https://connectonline.asic.gov.au/RegistrySearch/faces/landing/panelSearch.jspx?searchType=OrgAndBusNm&searchText=673620016 TO WHICH THE ARE DIRECTORS OF.
Furthermore, I did not leave the business of my own accord.
Instead, I was misrepresented by Ms. Germain and Ms. Hendrickson to the local Woy Woy police, which led to me being physically walked out of my own business by two ill-informed police officers.
Like many of you, I was led to believe that I wasan equal owner of Gnostic HEaling, one-third partner of Gnostic earth pty Ltd, and a one-third shareholder of Gnostic Earth Pty Ltd. I was also promised to be made a director of the Corporation once my Director ID was processed. As soon as it came through I was denied by MS Germain and Ms Hendrickson and I was forcefully walked out. I invested over $95,000 in money, time, and effort into purchasing the business, buying “Share” that never existed and setting up the company that both directors had no intention of bringing me on board to.
My name still remains on the lease and both MS Germain and MS Hendrickson still hold all of my personal and business property after numerous attempts and requests for it’s return. Hense costing me my main business income of about $80K per annum.
Unfortunately, Ms. Germain and Ms. Hendrickson continue to misrepresent themselves and me to you and have misrepresented my position as well. They believe they can proceed with this gross misrepresentation without any response from me or my legal representation.
For clarity, I am actively working with my solicitors to not only recover my investment, purchase, shares and unpaid wages (amounting to approximately $25,000), have my business and personal belongings returned but also to have my name removed from the lease which they refused to do.
To buy the business and set it up, they both knowingly used my credit rating to obtain accounts from wholesalers and my 25 year business reputation to obtain the purchase of the business from Em and Mary and to obtain the lease. Additionally, we are submitting a statement of claim with the local courts for the return of my business and personal property, we are now moving forward with civil proceedings to have my money returned for the purchase, purchases for the business, the shares, and my wages paid, criminal court due to their misrepresentation of myself and themselves to gain advantage (Fraud) and misuse local police resources to intervien in a civil matter and federal courts due to their fraudulent misrepresentation to obtain my signature, credit rating and reputation, as well as money for their social, economic, and business advantage.
I sincerely apologize for having to share this in what is typically a cheerful communication. However, it is essential to set the record straight. The misrepresentations and fraud of these two people have caused many people, including my family, friends, my husband and I much suffering and we are reaching out to the public for support in the fraud case the police will be pursuing against them.
For claification I am the owner of the business Names: Gnostic Healing Centre and gnostic herbs and teas. please look up my ABN: 62 920 244 365 which shows me as the owner.
Ms Germain & Ms Hendrickson DONOT own the name GNOSTIC as this brand is still owned by Mary Holstien: information can be found HERE: https://search.ipaustralia.gov.au/trademarks/search/view/1973571?q=gnostic . Neither Ms Germain NOR Ms Hendrickson have any claim to the name Gnostic.
I am also very willing to share all receipts in regards to transactions and signed paperwork to support this document as these are the supporting documents that are now being submitted to the courts and are being submitted to the Fraud Department of the NSW police.
