Ingredients are:
Clove, Thyme, Wormwood, Black Walnut, Tulsi, Cinnamon, Chicory, Dandelion root, Fennel, Nigella seeds, Peppermint.
Directions for use:
In a 600ml tea pot of 80-degree water (water that has been brought to heat until it begins to steam). Pour the water into your pot. and allow the pot to come to the same temperature as your water.
Measure a level teaspoon of the blend and breifly rinse your herb blend in cold water. shake all excess water loose.
Immediately add the rinsed blend to the top of the water and let it steep for no more than 8 minutes.
TIPS:
- Your tea is not meant to taste dry or bitter. if this occurs please discard as the herbs have been burned and the enzimes have been destroyed.
- The colour of your tea is mean to simply stain the water with a light golden hue.. if your tea is steeped too long the water will turn dark and brown. discard if this happens as the tea will have again been burned and the enzimes will have been destroyed.
